It had a rich flavor, and the beef was tender and juicy. However, it was a little greasy after it got cold. Also, the lasagna noodle was too thin and tender, so I could not enjoy its texture. Other than these, the lasagna was very delicious.

This lasagna was less greasy because of the basil and tomato pastes. Although, the texture of the lasagna noodles was the same as the Bolognese Beef Ragu Lasagna.

The texture was so great as the chef made the Fettuccine dough at the restaurant using Caputo flour. Also, the oil, garlic, and cherry tomatoes go well together. It became my favorite menu in this restaurant!

I recommend this restaurant when you want to enjoy Italian food in Incheon. Although it is not exactly a traditional Italian restaurant, it is quite authentic.

I recommend visiting this restaurant with someone in a romantic relationship. Bocca is a small restaurant, but it is cozy and comfortable to have a conversation.
