I don't really like raw trout before because it has fish bones depending on the chef's skill to fillet raw fish. However, there are almost no fish bones in this restaurant's sliced raw trout. I think the chef has great skills to fillet raw trout because it also has the right thickness and size for a chewy texture. It seems similar to salmon, but it tastes more like Flatfish and sea bream. Plus, there is a traditional way to eat trout.
<How to make Trout Salad>
These are the side dishes that came along with the raw trout for free. There is a traditional way to eat sliced raw trout. First, put Korean traditional chili paste, crushed garlic, and sesame oil in the sauce bowl. Second, put vegetables and raw trout. Third, put bean powder according to your preference. Finally, mix them and taste them!

I like this spicy trout stew so much. It is warm and tasty because it contains trout and various vegetables such as crown daisy, perilla leap, bean sprouts, etc. However, it could be too spicy for foreigners who may try this soup for the first time because of the pepper, garlic, and Korean red chili paste.
Usually, it is served after you finish sliced raw fish, but you can order it anytime you want. When it is served on your table with a burner, uncover the pan and let the stew simmer for several minutes.
