Sundaeguk is a Korean pork soup with Korean sausage(Sundae) and rice. The soup had a rich flavor, and the pork slices are tender and juicy. The soup goes well with the perilla seed powder, leek, and green onion. You can add salt and pepper to suit your taste. Kimchi and radish Kimchi is the perfect side dish for the soup.

Suyuk is boiled pork slices and Korean sausage(Sundae). The pork slices are tender and juicy, and it goes well with red pepper and soy paste. The Korean sausage might be unfamiliar to foreigners. It is similar to black sausage, but Korean sausage contains noodles, vegetables, and other seasoning spices stuffed in the pig intestine, and it is steamed on a low heat over time.
