It has a rich flavor, and the duck meat was tender and juicy. However, it has a unique duck meat smell. It could not be an agreeable taste to someone who tries duck meat for the first time. Though the lemon vinaigrette dressing goes well with the duck meat. The salad contains various vegetables and nuts including duck meat, konjac rice, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, hemp seeds, coleslaw, pineapple, and egg.

Ricotta cheese has rich flavor and texture. The cheese goes well with vegetables and dressing. The salad contains various vegetables and nuts, including ricotta cheese, sweet corn, cherry tomato, chickpeas, pineapple, egg, coconut chunk, and dried cranberry. The balsamic dressing

The combination of those three, the texture of the bread, the rich flavor of egg mayo, and strawberry jam are amazing! Definitely my favorite menu in this restaurant.
